- CGchapauni griffinMay 9, 20261.0We mistakenly came in for an appointment that was scheduled for the following week. Upon entrance, the two employees working had a very unwelcoming presence. The first lady did not say anything. We walked towards the back to the other lady saying we had an appointment. Her facial expressions were off putting. We felt real uncomfortable. We were going to just look at the glasses to get an idea of what we were working with, but left right after. Neither one of them asked any questions regarding what kind of frames we were interested. Neither one of them asked of our insurance so that we may get a sense of what would/not be covered. I have canceled my appointment because of this. Its unfortunate, as they are open on Saturdays and due to work schedule, this was perfect.

Reading other reviews ive never had an issue with getting my copy of the prescription and have never needed to ask for it after, its given to me. I do buy my contacts elsewhere because they have them on hand and do not need to wait for them to come in. But I have ordered contacts and a pair of glasses from site for sore eyes with no issues. I have terrible allergies and the Dr. recommended an eye drop and helped a lot!

I don’t need a new prescription. What a rip off I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
