  I bring my kids here regularly, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Today we were helped by Cheree, and she was amazing. She made my 4-year-old feel very comfortable and turned the visit into a great experience. She was incredibly friendly and wonderful with kids.

  My son has been going through Orthodontics treatment and is being taken care very well. However, getting an appointment is very very difficult. Those phases which are supposed to be 6 weeks long, will be 10 weeks long due to unavailability of appointment. Today the rubberband on the braces broke and when I called in for appointment, the response was that they will make a note for the doctor to consider it during the next appointment. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time I am facing this problem. It is very difficult to get connected to the Tracy office front desk to address our concern/question. Unfortunately we are stuck with them as this is the procedure is in-progress. Will explore options to switch the provider for phase-2 of his treatment.
