  We’ve been taking our kids to Kids Care in Tracy, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The level of care and service has been consistently excellent. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the medical team, is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Dr. Rebecca, she is exceptional! She’s knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and always takes the time to answer our questions and make our kids feel comfortable. We truly appreciate the outstanding care our family has received and highly recommend Kids Care to other parents.

  This place is amazing and they provide very good treatment for kids. Very patient staff and doctors are really good.

  After visiting two other pediatric dental offices, we finally had a successful visit. Everyone was kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the back office. Cherie was truly a game changer. She connected with my daughter right away, met her where she was, and made the visit feel fun instead of scary. My daughter loved her, and so did I. We are so grateful for the patience, care, and compassion we received. We highly recommend!

  It’s becoming increasingly frustrating. I don’t usually arrive late, but when I do, I get told I’m not on time and can either wait or reschedule. However, when I arrive early—which has been the case lately—they let others go ahead, even if they’re not on time. I know this because I’ve asked other parents about their appointment times. We often end up waiting for about 45 minutes on top of the 15 minutes I arrived early. Even when I arrive early, there’s still an issue with being seen. It feels like there are disorganized on the front office also don’t make your Appoitment at 1pm they are still at their lunch then you wait another 35mins. It’s really annoying to have an appointment time but end up waiting more than 30 minutes. I have other commitments to attend to. I think this will be my last year with this practice unless I find someone better.
