She takes the time to make sure you’re doing each movement correctly while still challenging you to push yourself. I always leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and so glad I showed up. She creates such a positive and comfortable environment, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their progress. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates instructor!
