  I don’t even know where to begin. I have a lot to say since management doesn’t do anything about the poor quality and poor sanitation of the Kids Club. I’ve been a member for over 5 years and things have changed. I tried telling management about this but they don’t do anything. This has been going on since May of this year, 2026. Temperatures have been high and I am surprised that the Air Conditioning in the kids club “isn’t working”. I’ve been telling management that the kids suffocate in there because there is no ventilation, the hygiene is ridiculous. There’s been several times that the kids don’t have hand soap, the sink wasn’t working and there was no one that cleans the room where the kids have classes. The mats have not been cleaned and I can tell because my son’s socks are super dirty after we leave the gym. It’s horrible. My son got a pink eye and it was because there’s no hygiene. He’s home schooled, there’s no way he got it from school. I brought a fan once for the kids because they were sweating and I noticed every time I go in there it feels super hot, stuffy, musty. It wasn’t always like this. What happened to the gym? I’m not sure but this has to stop. I even offered to clean the mats after the kids classes are over because I don’t want my son running in a filthy environment. It’s already mid August and the Air conditioner is still not on for the kids. Everywhere else in the gym they have Air conditioning. I don’t get it. Something needs to be done. I’ve sent emails to management and have had no response.

  Sad to write this because the jiu jitsu instructors were great. I've been charged again even though my membership should've been canceled months ago when I left the state. Here is the kicker, the manager Ophelia makes it impossible to reach her. I have called and emailed a bunch of times and I get the "she will call you back" (she doesn't) or a generic email from her not addressing my question. I will be disputing the transaction, but thanks to how they handle things its unfortunate that I will not ever be recommending many UFC gym to anyone after that.

  AMAZING GYM!!!! Everything I need to prepare for my upcoming Bodybuilding competition in Masters in September and for my "911 FIGHT NIGHT " Boxing bout in October 💪🤷‍♂🏆🥊💯

  Incredibly crowded, obnoxiously loud, and needlessly expensive. The only reason why I come here is because I qualified through a discount through my job. But please expect for their… interesting… choice of music/ radio mashups to blare so loud that you can’t hear your music (noise cancelling and all). The noise is especially terrible on Sundays when many of their UFC matches or soccer games are going on. I mean unreasonably loud.
