  Great selection of newer equipment for cardio and strength training, plus specialized equipment like battle ropes, punching bags, kettlebells, etc for whatever you want to train for. Best option in the area by far.

  I visited this place to support my friends daughter who is a UFC fighter. Tge place is clean, staff is friendly, and seems like a great place to work up a sweat.

  I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this gym. There are almost never enough mats available for exercises like abs or stretching, which makes it difficult to complete a proper workout. Additionally, around 9 a.m., the staff often clean the main equipment using a very strong-smelling product. The odor is overwhelming and has caused me nausea and headaches, making the environment uncomfortable. Another issue is that some equipment commonly used by women, such as the hip abductor and hip thrust machines, are poorly positioned. They face directly toward areas with many men, which can feel uncomfortable and shows a lack of consideration for women’s comfort and privacy. Overall, these issues have negatively impacted my experience at the gym, and I hope improvements can be made.

  Im good with my solo bag workouts here. Nice equipment. Much cleaner than 24hr fitness The class instructionis are what you get for the price - is what ive noticed for boxing and MT. Ill pass. Bjj looks legit though (different price structure). As far as the armbar (juice bar), most of the time, its faster to just drive to Jamba juice before someone decides to serve me. Overall I like it here. They can work on customer service, and if anyone cared about good technique in the classes I would attend.

  good gym, good amenities and machines. I just wish they would actually answer their phones instead of having to talk to an AI robot. Yesterday I called and tried to talk to a real person to see if they were going to be open for Easter Sunday and the AI robot told me word for word that they would be OPEN on Easter Sunday. So I went right now and they’re closed. There have been multiple occasions that I call this gym to ask them a simple question and the AI robot answers and there’s no way to get through to a real person.
