Dr. Lakhani is professional, friendly, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining her findings and the entire process, allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted, and did not rush any part of the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me select multiple frames that I loved. This was by far the best experience I have had receiving eye care. My frames and lenses arrived quickly, and after receiving them, the staff helped adjust them to fit my face perfectly. The equipment and work areas were all clean and well attended to. The equipment was also newer equipment with the latest technology. Looking forward to receiving more care and services from Dr. Lakhani and her team!
