What I like about this studio is that there are free show rentals whereas other spin/cycling classes there is a fee. Every instructor has a different energy and style. I enjoy that there are different rides. This location has me coming back weekly! I highly recommend.

The staff is attentive, you can tell the coaches genuinely love teaching, and the favorites are so nice and clean. All of the classes are awesome, but Tuesday mornings are my fave!

They made sure everyone was set up correctly on their bikes before class and my instructor Allyson had the best music :) The class flew by and it was a great workout. Definitely recommend this studio if you’ve been wanting to try spin!
