We walked in genuinely excited to look at frames and the store was nearly empty with only one other customer. There were two employees (one with short black hair) and neither one said a word to us. One glanced up and looked away and the other just went back to being on her phone. We stood there feeling completely invisible and unwelcome so we turned around and left. For a store that’s supposed to have great customer service this was really disappointing and we won’t be going back.
