Corporate has done nothing to solve this problem and it not only affects my experience as a customer but I can see the employees struggling to be there all day in that heat. They have not had AC for almost a year now and I am going to have to drive further to go to another location, especially as it heats up for the summer!

I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and the lady over the phone said they had availability Thursday. The first question I asked was if they were in network with my insurance, which was confirmed that they are. I made the appointment, gave them the info for my insurance and she said if I had any issues they would give me a call. Thursday rolls around, luckily I didn’t have to take time off to make the appointment, I get to the appointment and she said they couldn’t find my insurance. Okay…who was going to call me? The lady at the front desk said someone left a message, however I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. I gave my insurance information again and she was able to find me, but that I wasn’t eligible AND that their office is out of network with my insurance. Okay, so I confirmed I was in network, which I wasn’t, never got a phone call to tell me, but they said they did. What a waste of time.
