In our particular situation, we were notified of a three month trial at a reduced price, and that it would not be an issue to cancel. Well despite attempts to cancel before the three month trial period, they are claiming lack of notice for attempts to cancel and are charging for an additional month. They make you sign a three-month contract knowing you won’t be able to get into the classes. My daughter signed up too and the same thing happened to her. The owner won’t even get on the phone with you. She just wants your money. Be kind Studios is much better and you get what you pay for.
