AFP Health is located in Westlake Village, California initially began as an urgent care practice in the late 1980s. Dr. Bader Iqbal took over the urgent care in 1992 and after a few short months converted it into a family practice office in Agoura Hills, CA. As the practice grew in size the office moved into its current location in 1999.
