The caregiver Karen is exceptional, very personable, and kind and I believe has helped him overcome his depression. Truly professional and dedicated, and so is the front office. They always call and check if everything is alright and if I need anything.

I love the women in the office, I appreciate that they care for patients and us the caregivers, I enjoy going to work every shift. The communication is open, honest, and forthright by all. I especially like the umbrella of protection Im provided by the company, I'm licensed, bonded, I receive on time pay with out the drama, I don't have to negotiate my salary, or having to go through the process of vetting my next patients, they do all that for me. The ladies will help me get through various situations personal or professionally. I'm 60 and I've been a Private caregiver for 10 years prior and 1 year with Home instead After working privately, and with Home instead I would choose Home instead every time. So if you work hard, and enjoy what you do, enjoy your patients. If your young, or a senior I highly recommend working with Home instead.
