I first went to my Doctor’s Office, which was closed. Then I went to Sav-on Pharmacy and asked if they had a public blood pressure machine and she said no and asked me if there was a problem. I told her about my dilemma. Her name was Phoebe Kwon and she went above and beyond helping me! With her assistance I bought a blood pressure machine and she put it together for me and showed me how to use it. She then took my blood pressure several times and assured me it was within normal range. Phoebe was so kind and helpful and took time from her very busy job to help me. She is an exceptional employee and I want to publicly commend her. Thank you, Phoebe Kwon!!

- LVLuke ValadezOct 18, 20221.0It is incredible that this pharmacy is so hard get on the phone. Most calls are forwarded to a machine that doesn't take messages and you just have to get trying. The I've only dealt with one pharmacist there and I was trying to resolve an issue with a medication and did everything he asked, then there was something more, then finally he wouldn't fill it. These people are not only incompetent but dishonest as well. Towards the end of my using them I would check every medication before they gave it to me as they had given me incorrect doses in the past and I would then have to work with them to help them resolve they're mistake. This is one of the worst run businesses I've seen, use them if you don't have insurance or goodrx but save yourself a headache and use Walmart or Walgreens.
