    The Perfect Workout is a great way to actually consistently integrate strength training into your life. It’s fast and effective as long as you learn to go SLOWWWWLY with the motion and focus. Which might mean overriding your brain, depending. It might only be 20 mins but it’s challenging. Sarah is knowledgeable, fun, encouraging, and challenges me. I love being around her and soaking in her enthusiasm (especially in days when I’m just going through the motions). The offices are no-frills. They’re just machines and bathrooms and not much else. I find this a little disappointing since I don’t feel comfortable waiting inside while someone in front of me is training, as I want to give them privacy (I just wait outside for them to come out, although I’d be more than welcome to come inside if preferred). Sessions are scheduled back to back, so come ready to work and not chat or delay. And try not to be late! It’s not that kind of place. Get in, get out. But everyone is always smiling!
