I’ve been going to YogaSix Sunnyvale for over two years and have taken 200+ classes here. I especially love the Sculpt classes with Golnaz and Taylor — they’re both fantastic instructors, and I really appreciate that their classes are available throughout the week and on weekends. Sculpt is my go-to because it’s a great mix of cardio and strength, but I also like that the studio offers such a wide variety of classes, including hot yoga, power flow, restore, mobility, and TRX. The front desk staff are also always friendly and welcoming. Great studio, great instructors, and a really nice variety of classes to choose from.

I’ve been a member of YogaSix Sunnyvale for over 2.5 years and was lucky enough to be a founding member. Heather was actually the one who reached out to me in the beginning, and apparently that decision has resulted in me becoming a person who voluntarily pays to sweat, stretch, and occasionally question my life choices. But honestly, I’m really glad she did. What keeps me coming back isn’t just the yoga. It’s the community. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcomed and like you’re actually part of something. I’ve basically taken every format YogaSix offers, so I feel qualified to say there’s something for every version of yourself. Had a rough week? Need to decompress? Muscles feel like they’ve been personally betrayed by you? Go to Restore. Heather, Liana, and Tanushree are amazing and somehow manage to make you feel like everything is going to be okay. Want to deepen your practice or challenge yourself? Slow Flow and Power are where Lauren, Raj, Oanh, and Maeve really shine. Whether you want to slow things down, focus on your practice, or push yourself a little harder, they’ll meet you where you’re at. Feeling hyped and slightly masochistic? That’s when you sign up for Sculpt & Flow with Taylor or Golnaz and voluntarily make questionable decisions about how sore you want to be tomorrow. And it’s not just the classes. Parking is ridiculously easy, the studio is always clean, sweat towels are provided, there are cleaning supplies for the props, and you get those amazing cool infused towels at the end. That towel is basically the yoga equivalent of a victory lap after a hot and difficult class. YogaSix Sunnyvale also does a great job making the studio feel like an actual community. They have fun challenges throughout the year with some seriously good prizes, celebrate class milestones, host summer outdoor series and workshops, and collaborate with places like Rumble Boxing and other gyms around the area. There’s always something going on beyond just showing up for class. After 2.5+ years, I can honestly say YogaSix has become more than just a yoga studio for me. It’s become my second home. Life is going to keep throwing curveballs, and I’m sure I’ll keep finding new ways to make my muscles angry, but I’m grateful to have a place where I can reset, stay grounded, and tackle whatever comes next one breath at a time. And yes, I’ll probably be back tomorrow.

The instructors and community at Y6 Sunnyvale are unmatched!! Taylor's sculpt, Heather's restore and Golnaz's core classes, in particular, were the key reasons why I became a member in the first place, and they’re a huge part of why I continue to come back. Taylor’s classes always leave me feeling decompressed. They’re challenging, engaging, and have genuinely helped build both my mental and physical strength. I also really appreciate that Taylor remembers everyone’s faces, as does Golnaz, their attention to detail makes the studio feel so personal and welcoming. Golnaz’s classes are high-energy, fun, and incredibly empowering. The moment I walk into her class, everything else gets left at the door. I know I’m going to be challenged in the best way. Her energy is infectious, and the way she curates every part of her classes - the music, vibe, sequences, and closing, makes the experience feel like so much more than just a workout. You leave feeling connected to the community. Heather was the one who signed me up as a member, and I now try to take as many of her Restore classes as I can. She’s truly a gem and the heart of the studio. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcomed, and it's clear she is beloved by many! I truly believe she's a huge part of what has helped this community grow in such a positive way.

I've been going to YogaSix for a little over a month now and it's been an incredible experience. The studio is nice, clean, calming, and the room is big. The staff is really friendly. They offer a variety of classes, whether you want something relaxing, mindful, and calming (Restore) or an intense workout (Sculpt or Core/Pilates). And everything in between. Every instructor has their own personality, style, music, etc. It's been really fun trying different instructors and classes and it keeps things interesting. All the instructors I've tried have been lovely and I've enjoyed every single workout. I really like Golnaz's classes. She is fierce, energetic, funny, and will really push you and encourage you to keep going. I also appreciate that she offers hands-on support for poses if that's something you want. That's really helped me improve. I also love Pooja's Candlelight Hot Yoga. I can't say enough good things about this class and instructor. I look forward to her class every time she offers it. There's something about flowing in a dim room with only candles... it's beautiful, relaxing, challenging (balancing in dim lighting is so much harder!), and I feel so incredibly present and attuned with my body. Her voice is also lovely and very grounding. If you read this Pooja, please don't ever stop holding this class!! Lastly, I really appreciate how many classes they offer per day and how early and late into the day they hold classes. I bought the unlimited pass and I've easily been able to go every single day. Starting from their 6am class until their 8:30pm class, I can always find a class to attend, even as a working mom. So grateful to have joined this studio!!

I have been coming to the studio for the last two years and it has become a fixed part of my weekly routine - a place to unwind, socialize with friend, and challenge myself. The studio offers a variety of classes led by very knowledgeable, kind, and talented instructors. I especially appreciate the class flexibility - you can start as early as 6am, come midday, or later in the afternoon and evening. The community here is my favorite reason to be a member. The studio has even expanded to offer occasional weekend hikes followed by outdoor yoga, as well as local and international yoga retreats for its members. It is well kept and the front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. You won’t be disappointed!
