- YZYufei ZhanAug 2, 20261.0The studio is very strict about its late policy and not very compassionate about people’s situations. I was late 6min and not allowed to join. The 5-min late policy is very absurd - warm-up is not even complete by then. It’s not like 20min late… For those who want a little bit of the flexibility, I don’t recommend this studio. Imagine the situation when you are late a tiny little bit, whooray, you just waste your time and energy commuting to and from the yoga studio. I’d rather join the yoga studio who offers such understanding and flexibility. It’s not like there’s only yoga six studio in the town. I can also do yoga myself too. Considering all this, I don’t see any necessity of joining the studio whatsoever.

Every instructor brings great energy, and I leave every class feeling stronger, more energized, and ready for the day. A huge shoutout to Golnaz, Sunny, Valeria, and Emily T. for making every class so enjoyable! Emily T.'s 6 a.m. Sculpt classes are the perfect way to kick off the morning. Signature Hot Yoga and Core & Pilates are also some of my favorite classes—they're challenging, fun, and leave me feeling amazing. If you're looking for a clean studio, wonderful instructors, and a supportive community, I can't recommend YogaSix Sunnyvale enough!
