  The account and billing management needs significant improvements. Be careful when signing membership agreements, as it may include extra terms/classes beyond membership fees. Beware of surprise charges on your card!

  PLEASE STOP PLAYING LOUD MUSIC. It entirely destroys the experience. I got a 2 year membership and I ended up avoiding the gym often because of the music. I kept wondering why my ears hurt every time…so I actually measured the noise. Before 6 am the music was over 90 dB! This is loud enough to create ear damage! Not even noise canceling headphones block the noise. It would help everyone enjoy their workout better and be more motivated if the music was not this bad.

  I highly recommend UFC Gym Sunnyvale. The facility is incredibly clean, there are plenty of weights and machines, and the hours are fantastic. The staff is also exceptional. When I first came in to inquire about a membership, I explained that I couldn't commit to a year-long contract because I'd be moving in a few months. They had no problem accommodating that. The staff worked with me right away and offered a fair membership option without any hassle. I was genuinely impressed by how flexible and customer-focused they were. Another thing I really appreciate is that the gym is rarely overcrowded outside of the evening rush. Working out during the middle of the day or on weekends is a great experience, and it's easy to get through your workout without waiting for equipment. My only minor critiques are that the music can occasionally be a bit too loud, and I really wish they had a second chest fly machine. That machine is almost always occupied, and given how popular it is, I think adding another one would be well worth it. Overall, this is an outstanding gym with a great atmosphere, excellent staff, and everything you need for a great workout. I'm really going to miss coming here.

  Machines are always broken and 10 employees are always at the front desk like its the breakfast club when there are paper towels to be filled or something to do on the floor to make the experience better for guests but I guess thats too much to ask for

  Rude staff. Amber at the front desk was very rude during our experience. I hope management improves staff training and customer service so members and families have a better experience.
