  This review refers to the target in Sunnyvale, North America. On my first visit to the store two weeks ago, I was absolutely delighted to find a huge assortment of styles that I actually liked! So many other frames in other stores including online that I gazed at were not close to what I wanted for what looked good framing my face. The manager, Ty was fantastic in helping me select from a large assortment I pulled off the shelves and being honest about the differences in fit, The fine details that I may not have noticed, practicality, plus his kind honesty when I asked his opinion about how they looked on my face. I haven't been to buy glasses in a long time in person but I don't remember ever having such a great experience. I returned for a thorough eye exam where the ophthalmologist was excellent and thorough. That same night when I made my purchase, Ty was So patient and professional in multitasking at the same time that I had to call my insurance company about benefits. I was on the phone for almost half an hour and whenever he needed to get involved he was right there while even serving other customers. I am thrilled with the glasses I purchased, they're high quality and cool looking and a great price that I wasn't expecting. I highly recommend this particular target optical store! .

  Ty the store manager made my annual visit to the Optical the smoothest ever, it was my first time ever at this location but I won't be going anywhere else after today. Professional, makes you feel comfortable, quick responses and efficient, 1000% recommended.

  I will admit I was a little bit leery about going to an optician inside a Target, especially with their current stance on DEI. However, I wasn’t left with much of a choice because it is one of the few offices that my insurance provider will allow me to visit. I will say, I was beyond pleasantly surprised! I have been treated and seen by multitudes of optometrist, opticians, and ophthalmologists over the course of my life due to an eye condition I was born with. I am at an age now where it looks like I will be required to wear glasses while driving. The doctor was kind and generous with her time. I did not feel rushed, and best of all I felt seen and not patronized. She kindly filled out the necessary DMV paperwork for me, and recommended better glasses. Ty, the store manager was an absolute delight! He helped me pick out an amazing set of frames that I was immediately drawn to, and he helped choose the best lenses for the new frames. There was never any pressure, and there was never any heavy sales tactics that I’ve experienced elsewhere when purchasing glasses or contacts. He gave me lots of options, and he never shamed me for not wanting to spend a huge amount of money (unfortunately, I ended up having to spend a huge amount of money because glasses aren’t cheap). He was very affirming, and very pleasant. I wish more sales people were like him.

  Had a great experience at Target Optical! Kyra was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Ended up buying the Meta Oakley HSTN, she made choosing the right frames easy and stress-free. This was a great selection to match the clear frames, I Highly recommend Target Optical! And ask for Kyra :)

  It was my first time at Target Optical and I had a great experience! After years of using Costco Optical, I found Target’s process to be more elevated, comfortable, and organized. The customer service at this location was exceptional; Ty was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. As a parent, I deeply appreciated that Ty provided my 6-year-old son with an activity book and crayons, allowing us to finalize my contact lens order without any distractions. The ordering process was seamless from start to finish. The entire experience just felt smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. So glad my new insurance brought me here. Thanks, Ty!
