Samira is one of my favorite instructors!
She modifies instructions well for so many people with injuries and what not. Lol
She gives a thorough instructions and check on your form.
Pilates helps you use every part of your muscles. It does push me to do workout I drag about going..... I always feel better after the class!

I started 2 months after my c-section and it has been a great choice for my recovery. My favorite instructors are Stella and Alejandra; they give very detailed instructions, rotate routines, and correct my moves when they can. The booking is not always easy, as I usually have to book one week in advance for weekday daytime classes. The enrollment and cancellation rules can be tricky, but when I talked to the sales team they have tried to meet my needs.

Only 5 stars?!! I signed up for Pilates, my first exercise class ever, and have gone 6 days/wk because I enjoy the personalized training from trainers who care and are fun. Stella was my first instructor so I can’t help but to be her biggest fan. Though the workouts aren’t generally rigorous there is so much more that is Pilates. Time flies because your total concentration is on intentional breathing, breathing through every movement, and every movement an exact science to enhance your body mobility, to feel physically good and to feel emotionally fabulous about yourself. This is the recipe for every class and it’s the yummiest!! Thank you, Stella, and all the talented teachers in Sunnyvale. Thank you, Kris, for convincing me to try out the 30 minute introduction that got me happily hooked on Club Pilates.
