  I got a bad vibe the place seems errie the staff is unhinged not intuned to the customers. The items requested are not in stock the store clerk has to make a phone call and item possibly will be in next day by 3:00 pm .

  I commend the salesman at this location who is always here, he is educated and passionate about what he sells, however, what would make his performance outstanding is the ability to read his customers. I do not appreciate that every time I have visited this location, he has been slightly condescending, and somewhat pushy. If he had the ability to read his customers, he would understand that a nicer tone and a more efficient work pace would greatly benefit him. Other than his lackluster performance, this location is always tidy and stocked.

  I stopped by this location shortly after opening (around 10:05 AM) and found a sign stating they were on break until 10:15 AM. It was surprising and frustrating to arrive during posted business hours and still be unable to receive service. I completely understand that staff need breaks, but taking one immediately after opening creates a poor customer experience. As a business owner for over 15 years, I’ve always structured breaks around customer flow rather than opening hours, so this was genuinely surprising to see. Hoping management can review scheduling practices to better align with the hours advertised.
