I returned them in store and was assisted by the lovely Jillian who went above and beyond, going back and forth with giving me options to try on until we found two frames that best suited my face. She made me feel so comfortable and excited (even when I was being indecisive), and the experience was made great because of her. Thank you, Jillian!
