A good friend of mine advised that I try Warby, then another friend confirmed the ease to which they are able to purchase multiple frames, so I had to give them another try. Boy was I amazed. Braiden was an outstanding sales person. Braiden took their time helping me to pick out several styles and color variations. Braiden walked me through the sales process, validated my insurance and fixed the claim for the reimbursement. The entire process took less than 30minutes. I purchased a pair of glasses with everything that I need, while also having a third contingency pair, just in case. The salesmanship was off the charts. I will most definitely be shopping here in the future.
