- RRRT456Jul 7, 20261.0Google should allow zero rating. I went there to pick glasses because they called me that glasses are ready for pick up. So I went there and reception lady told me sign up and wait. I waited like more than 1 hour but nobody called me so I asked reception lady how long I have to wait? Then she grabbed glasses just behind where she was sitting on chair. I asked why I had to wait more than hour if glasses are ready then she said sorry for wait. There was another girl she was just smiling when asked for waiting. Last time we went there for eye exam lady was so rude and forcing us to pick frame quick. This place runs by bunch of unprofessional people. This place doesn’t deserve to be in the business. No wonder they have very low ratings on Google. I noticed reception lady was rude to everyone. Another girl sitting next to reception she was just playing with paper. Never going back again. 👎

Then picking them up the lady just handed it to her to leave.. no checking to see if it's the right Rx. Which it isn't & how do they fit your face?? NONE of that!! Not even a glass case!! Terrible TERRIBLE customer service!!

My Insurance company made my appointment an transportation to an from the appointment.when I get there they tell me my appointment isn't today but my insurance company has confirmation an they tell me to come back in a month well I won't ever becoming back to this Incompetent Business
