I had been struggling with back and knee pain and was hoping to find something that worked here. My wife and I walked in to look around, and within 3 minutes of being there, we were told the store was by doctor referral only as it was a medical store. We didn’t know any better, believed them, apologized and left. Fast forward to recently, I found out from some colleagues that that was a complete lie. I dont know the reason they didn’t want our business, and I especially do not understand the need to lie. I was ready to spend good money for some relief, but this experience has me warning everyone to stay away from this store.
