  I have a very complicated work schedule, but I was able to be scheduled on a Saturday morning thanks to Ruby. My exam went very well, And although my prescription hadn’t changed much, I did want to get at least one set of new glasses. Ruby, took the time to go through many styles with me and helped me pick out the perfect frames. She went over all the options with me, running my insurance through to give me an accurate estimate, which took a lot of of her time, but it was never a problem for her. She never made it feel like I was a bother. I was actually able to get two pairs of glasses for less than I was expecting and I was even able to make monthly payments. Ruby’s customer service, bright smile and welcoming attitude is the reason I come to this location and will continue to come.

  I paid more than $800 for Ray-Ban prescription glasses purchased through LensCrafters. The frames have failed at the hinges twice. Each time, I was sent back and forth between online customer service and the Weberstown Mall location without a clear owner for resolving the issue. Because I have severe vision impairment, a broken pair of glasses immediately affects my ability to drive and manage daily life. I arranged for an elderly family member to bring the glasses to the store when I could not safely travel. Despite prior calls explaining the situation, she was given information that conflicted with what I had been told by phone, and the store declined to perform even a basic hinge repair because I was not physically present. This is unacceptable customer service for an essential medical device and an $800+ purchase. The repeated failure of these frames, combined with inconsistent instructions and barriers to receiving help, has left me without usable eyewear and unable to access the benefits or repair coverage I paid for. Now, just today, I also requested a copy of my prescription and was told I must appear in person or accept a fax. I need a practical, accessible method to receive my records. I am requesting, within two business days: A written explanation of the applicable repair, warranty, and insurance options; Immediate repair or replacement of the defective frames at no cost; A copy of my prescription delivered through a reasonable accessible method; and A single point of contact authorized to resolve this matter without further runaround. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint through appropriate consumer-protection, insurance, and legal channels. I have retained records of my purchase, calls, and the repeated failures.

  Amazing customer service. Veronica and her incredible staff assisted me with the spectacular deal she informed me of when I stopped by to upgrade my current glasses.They each reached out to help me if the other was busy ,as I had to return a few times to do some research.Every time felt effortless and comfortable. I appreciate their help and honest advice.Really good knowledge of products, as well.Thank You so much ,and this is why I have been and will be a customer for years to come!
