If you need any glasses adjustments or help with your frames they do it even if you didn’t get your them from there :)

- JBJacob BenguerelJul 2, 20262.0I was "hard sold" a set of progressive eye glasses with the promise that, if I wasn't able to adjust to a progressive lens, I would be issued a refund of the difference in price between the progress and traditional lens. I was told, "We don't do business like the other guys who make you pay for the full price even if you decide on a less expensive lens." When I was unhappy with the progressive lens I exchanged them. However, they added all of the features that I told them that I didn't want when I purchased the progressives (blue light, antiglare, etc.). This coincidentally resulted in the traditional lens being exactly the same price. It should have been about $200 less. I asked why and was told that they gave me a deal on the second pair. I explained that I never intended on spending about $400 on a traditional pair of glasses that could be ordered online with the features that I actually wanted for half of the price. I explained that it was their decision and that I would keep the glasses either way but that it would certainly effect my willingness to return in the future. They declined to address the issue. My personal opinion is that they engage in hard selling with promises that will not be honored. I used another business in downtown in the past with great results and no pressure. Unfortunately, my insurance led to me to this business and I was not impressed.
