  Took my 8-year-old in for an ortho consult and honestly, this office is amazing. Alessandra greeted us up front and was so sweet right off the bat, which set the tone for the whole visit. The office is super clean too, you can tell they really care about that. Maribel took my daughter’s records and was so patient and gentle with her, (my daughter has a very sensitive gag reflex) but she made the whole thing feel easy and not scary at all. Geraldine and Claudia in the back were also really friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Chiang was great, really knowledgeable and great with kids, explained everything clearly. Then Alicia sat down with me after and walked me through the treatment plan, super informative and broke everything down so it was easy to understand. Honestly every single person we interacted with was kind and made this such a positive experience. Clean office, awesome staff, and my daughter actually left excited instead of nervous. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good pediatric ortho office!

  2 reviews in one: 1. Customer service phone line: The customer service phone line is extremely frustrating. I understand that many companies use overseas call centers, but it’s often very difficult to understand the representatives. I make a genuine effort, but many conversations are still hard to follow. Better language training or additional support would make the experience much easier for patients and parents. 2. Front office staff: I’ve been to this office several times, and I’ve noticed the same issue repeatedly. When there are multiple staff members at the front desk, they often seem more engaged in personal conversations than acknowledging patients. On more than one occasion, I’ve stood there for several minutes without being greeted or even told, “We’ll be with you in a moment.” I could clearly hear that the conversations weren’t work-related. A simple greeting and a more professional approach would go a long way toward making patients feel welcome. It’s also worth remembering that in today’s world, you never know who may be recording interactions—even with devices like Meta glasses.
