  We have been bringing our child here for years and the service has declined greatly. They charge $50 for being 10 mins late and yet they have the audacity to run over one hour late on appointments! This is for the dental side. Not orthodontics. Please do better!

  I brought my kids to kids care dental for a cleaning. My kids has Kaiser like I do but when we arrived they didn't pre-authorized their insurances. They informed us after their cleaning while leaving that we didn't owe anything. I thought to myself "wow, I have great insurance." Not until a month later I receive a bill for over $300 each child. They then asked me to check my insurance and to change it to where my kids can continue seeing them. If they would've ran the pre-authorization and let me know they did not take my insurance I wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket because I wouldn't have decided to get the service on the spot. I have paid them in full. And now, months later I am still getting text and emails saying that I owe them money and that I have 7 days to pay. I have called to let them know that I had already paid. They said I have a zero balance and to "ignore" any future correspondence text or emails. Now I am receiving these messages again and it's infuriating because they can't get their system or notices right!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Rosemarie! She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with my daughter Madelyn. She took the time to make sure Madelyn felt comfortable and safe throughout her visit, and her calm and caring personality made such a difference. It’s not always easy for kids at the dentist, but Rosemarie was so gentle and reassuring. We truly appreciate the time and care she gave Madelyn. She went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Thank you, Rosemarie, for your amazing patience and for taking such great care of my daughter! 💕🦷

  Treatment was great but the receptionist was horrible. She never called to remind me of the appointment and called 5 mins before the appointment. I rushed to get there as soon as I could and she didn’t care and tried to cancel the appointment after I had driven for 35 mins. Their wifi systems were down and when we called to ask what time was our appointment because we never received a text or a call the receptionist said she would call us back and never did.
