  Oral Surgery department is nonexistent. They don’t have records of what the surgeon did the day after, since the surgeon bounces around from office to office. Where? They have no idea! Could be Western Dental, could be Aspen Dental. They don’t care! This means if you told the surgeon you are allergic to a certain medication, the surgeon will not record or communicate that info to the staff, so that if the surgeon FAILs to issue a school/work note and FAILs to issue a prescription after an oral surgery, the office doesn’t even have records of the allergy the very next day! This is a complete money grab operation. Perfect example of an oral surgeon collecting on victims that didn’t even need surgery, using credentials to get over on you through your helpless child. Going to the board and maybe they will figure it out after that.

  Dr. Nak is a very good dentist, he makes sure you get the proper information whether if it’s asking you to floss more in a certain area of your mouth or how you can prevent a cavity. If your looking for a dentist place to take your kids there then I would highly recommend you go to Kids Care Dental.

  Waited 35 mins to be called back. They always ask about fluoride, even tho every appointment they “note” that we decline it. It’s been 1 hr & 10 mins before the dentist came & checked his teeth.

  First of all, Tristan didn’t wait to be attended by the Doctor and her assistant. We were very well satisfied with the prompt service that Tristan received. He was also thankful that they were able to fix the 1 cavity he had and was able to accommodate both cleaning and filling since he’s pressed with time due to traveling back to College. Thanks for the good service.
