Factory Institute of Training is a sports facility/gym/fitness center/After-School program that serves the community through sports, fitness, health and nutrition. We strive to build our community up through the experiences we gathered as professionals and educators using our platform to create a culture where we see our health as an investment and not an expense. We believe that everyone who comes through our doors has a purpose and a goal and it is our job to meet that goal and help them move each day as an athlete.
