  I had a very frustrating experience with the billing at this studio. They attempted to charge me a $15 fee that they had already admitted was an error. Because I use a locked card for security, I could see that they were prioritizing this unauthorized fee over my actual membership dues, effectively blocking me from paying my bill. Despite emailing three days in a row starting on May 9th, I was repeatedly ignored or told only a manager could fix it. When I finally got a response, they tried to hold my cancellation paperwork 'hostage,' telling me they wouldn’t send the confirmation until I paid—even though their own billing error was what was preventing the payment from going through in the first place. The matter was only 'magically' resolved once I informed them I would be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and the CA Department of Consumer Affairs. Only then did a manager finally fix the fee and acknowledge my 30-day notice. It shouldn't take a legal threat to get a business to honor a contract or fix their own mistakes. The classes are fine, but the administration is unprofessional and manipulative. Save every email and watch your bank account closely.

  The morning’s instructor in this studio is very rude. She is very unwelcoming, made rude remarks to clients during the class, very unnecessary and disgusting attitude. She needs another job if she’s not happy about her job. She is not good for business. Straight up!
