  Unprofessional, How are they genuinely in business? Would definitely recommend changing their MA staff. No point of having such rude, disrespectful staff.

  I had a disappointing experience at this location weeks ago.The front desk staff, particularly a woman named Brianna, was rude and unprofessional during my visit. I expect a medical office to treat patients with basic courtesy and respect, and that wasn't the case here. Unfortunately, this kind of front-desk experience colors the whole visit, regardless of the quality of care from the providers themselves. I'd think twice before returning and would recommend other patients be aware of this before booking.

  If I could give this clinic negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of treating patients with professionalism and respect, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff showed little interest in answering questions or assisting patients, and their attitude came across as unprofessional and uncaring. It also seemed like there was no urgency or willingness to actually see patients in a timely manner, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. When you visit a dermatologist, you expect compassionate care, clear communication, and a professional environment. Unfortunately, this clinic failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I left feeling ignored and disappointed rather than cared for. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but that is never an excuse for treating patients with disrespect or making them feel unwelcome. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dermatology clinic to anyone looking for quality patient care or professional service. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues and improves the way patients are treated.

  I accompanied my grandmother to her scheduled appointment today at 11:30 a.m. We drove more than 45 minutes and arrived approximately five minutes early. At the time of the appointment, I was on the phone attempting to obtain my grandmother’s insurance information. Around 11:46 a.m., the front desk employee, Breanna, asked my grandmother to call me inside. I explained that I was still working with the insurance company and that I was willing to pay for the appointment out of pocket. Breanna then informed us that the office’s lunch break began at 12:00 p.m. and that they could no longer see my grandmother. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we arrived before the scheduled appointment time and were prepared to pay out of pocket. Breanna’s communication and handling of the situation were unprofessional and lacked compassion. Based on this experience, I do not believe her conduct reflects the level of professionalism, patience, and respect that patients and their families should receive in a healthcare setting. I hope management reviews this incident and takes the appropriate steps to prevent another patient from having a similar experience.

  This review is specifically about Briana. She was very rude to an old person right in front of me. I do not understand why anyone would speak to anyone like that. Truly horrifying experience. Would not go here and will not be returning ever!
