I love the variety of classes, from mobility and recovery to more challenging sculpt and strength sessions, so there’s always something that fits how I’m feeling. The instructors and staff are friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and the studio has a positive, relaxed atmosphere. I also appreciate that instructors offer modifications for different fitness levels. It’s a clean, well-run studio that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a great place to practice yoga and build strength.
