  Finding a dentist that both adults and children love is rare, but this office has been wonderful for our family. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. What stands out most is how comfortable they make our children feel. They take the time to explain things in a way kids understand, turning what could be a stressful visit into a positive experience. Thanks to them, our kids are no longer afraid of going to the dentist. The dentists are knowledgeable, thorough, and never make you feel rushed. We appreciate being able to bring our whole family to one office and receive such great care every time. Whether we go in for cleanings, regular check ups, or Invisalign We are always well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family dentist who is exceptional with both children and adults.

  From start to finish, Sherman Oaks Dental Arts is special. Just an incredible office staffed full of kind, communicative, competent and knowledgeable professionals. Dr. G, Dr. V, Emily, Nelli, Arman, Sevana, and Jasmin - honestly an all star squad you won’t find anywhere else. I could move 100 miles away and I’d still come here. Because the work they do is so top tier. For example, I went in for a quick appointment to pick up a new round of Invisalign trays and Dr. G had some time so she offered to quickly put some bonding on a minor chipped front tooth I’d been living with for like 8 years. In 20 minutes she made my smile markedly better. I could go on and on. Call them today!

  I’m a new patient and recently had my first appointment with Dr. Ghookasian. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Sevana performed my X-rays. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process quick and comfortable. Dr. G was very kind, attentive, and educational. My cleaning was thorough and efficient, and she even took photos to display on the TV so she could walk me through what she was seeing. It really helped me understand everything clearly. Afterward, the office manager, Michael, reviewed the recommended treatments with me. He had already verified everything with my insurance and took the time to explain each step clearly, answering all of my questions without rushing. Overall, I’m very happy with Dr. G and the entire office staff. Highly recommend!

  By far the worst dentist experience I have had in my life. Came in for my scheduled cleaning on a work day, and had to wait 20 minutes to get taken back. Finally get taken back and it was the DDS that ended up doing my plaque removal instead of a hygienist, which I considered a nice upgrade. Wrong. Ended up with my shirt SOAKED from the insane amount of water she was pouring into my mouth and letting run down my face while scraping. Also ended up destroying my gums, including scraping off part of my gum behind my molar creating a flap (still occasionally bleeding when I eat 2 full days later). No oops, no sorry, no acknowledgment. Was glad to have it over so I could enjoy clean smooth teeth. But as soon as I got home I noticed all of my teeth were rough like sandpaper. I know when plaque is removed you can have rough spots where porous enamel was exposed, but that doesn't explain by the lateral surfaces every single one of my teeth feel like sandpaper.

  Dr. H is an amazing dentist with excellent bedside manners! He was very compassionate, gentle, and attentive. Highly recommend.
