  I’m going to state this one more time - if you’re in LA and into hot yoga and want a high intensity sculpt class, you MUST take Michelle S. You know an instructor is ridiculously good if you’re willing to drive 15+ miles / 25+ minutes in LA traffic to take an instructor. She teaches Fridays and Saturdays at 9 am. It’s not even just the creative and diverse sequencing/class structure, her incredible upbeat adrenaline driven playlist, her vocals, or her charismatic personality, but something I look for in high pressure workout classes is if an instructor can truly motivate you with what they’re teaching and she execute SO WELL at it. I’m not sure how long she’s been teaching for but she’s extremely motivating and knows when to push during difficult reps / pushes and her vocals increase the adrenaline of students to push harder. It’s really hard to find instructors that can do that. Absolutely love her class. PS, Michelle if you’re reading this please sub at CPY Wilshire, Westwood, Marina Del Rey, or Santa Monica - those are my main studios.

  "CorePower Yoga is fantastic, but Michelle Salvatore takes it to a whole new level! Her class is challenging, beautifully paced, and incredibly rewarding. She is an amazing instructor who keeps you motivated from start to finish. Highly recommend!"

  Clearly these people do not care about customers returning. No parking available anytime I have taken one of their classes - which is not very often because frankly their facility is not well maintained and a bit dirty. Today I decided to sign up for a class because it was within my very limited schedule yet again I arrived 5 minutes early to find NO PARKING. When I finally decided I will risk getting my car towed and parked at the restaurant which clearly warns “no yoga parking” - guess what it was one minute past and they locked the doors on me 🥺 never coming here again and I advice for whomever runs this place to figure out a solution to the parking or at least advertise that you have none available- EVER

  Took a class for the first time at Core Power in Sherman Oaks. I felt truly welcomed the moment I entered. My vinyasa teacher Maddie was exceptional from her flow sequence and vibe to her beautiful wisdom. I would highly recommend her class.
