  This place never fails to absolutely suck. Today I went in with plenty of time to be seen before they take lunch, little did I know they stop accepting patients an hour before. If they did that they should just state that lunch will be closed 12-2. To add, before I went in to be seen for two different issues that were urgent and they told me that I could only be seen for one and I would have to come back another day for the other issue. I guess if you have a “broken arm and a broken leg” you better pick your favorite limb because you are only going to be seen for one. Do better premium urgent care because this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

  My daughter had an accident and hit her head so badly two years ago and needed urgent care. They were closed before 5 unexpectedly so I went to the ER and spent $4,000 to be told to just monitor her symptoms. Yesterday, my daughter cut her foot really badly and needed urgent care. Went here and they were closed before 5 unexpectedly. I wish kingsburg had an urgent care that opened before 5. I hate coming to this Selma urgent care.

  Very disappointed. I have a share of cost ***for myself*** but not for my kids. Because they got hung up on share of cost, my daughter could not be seen for a possible ear infection. Having to drive all the way to Fresno to be seen by another urgent care, who run my insurance correctly and am not charged to be seen, is a very big inconvenience for my family. I've talked with medi-cal and they don't even understand why they are getting hung up on this issue. Please update your system! Some can't make the trip to Fresno for care!
