  Wow!! Review is for pharmacy only I can't believe I gave them 24hrs to fill my prescription and when I went to pick it up I had to wait 20 min for them to fill it wow & then I went back 20 min later and the girl in white jacket asked me my dob walked back and forth a couples times as if she was getting my prescription and then says bye to staff clocks out and goes home with no courtesy explanation to me as I stood there watching her walk away please teach your staff some customer service let me know what's going on how rude

  I've never had a problem with the staff at Vons pharmacy. They're always been helpful.

  Takes a long time if you're going to wait there for your meds to be filled. I've been told give us 45 mins when I'm the only one there then 50min later ask for my meds they tell me they haven't started them yet and it will be 45min longer but not until after the 30min lunch break I was told but that's actually an hour lunch break from 1to2pm it is posted stating closed for a thirty minute lunch break taken between 1pm and 2pm but from my experience they are closed for longer than thirty minutes its usually the entire hour then 45 min after that I check and after waiting 2hrs 30 min they still have not had finished the 3medications i needed filled asap so your best bet is to drop off and come back the next day or wait until they call or text you with it being ready...besides that they are nice answer all questions their App works for refills and reminders the refill status doesn't work it just will say pending even when ready... Vons pharmacy lines aren't anywhere near as long as CVS and they are cheaper so just expect 45 min at minimum on preparing your meds and that's if your first if others ahead of you I'd come back later.. If they were faster then 5stars ....pharmacist is very nice and helpful as well as a few of the techs
