- RRRachelJun 17, 20265.0Had a great experience shopping here. Dashed over after work at like 5:40pm, and made it just in time to look around. I was the only customer there and the two folks working did not rush me at all. When I was ready to choose a pair of frames it was 5:58 and I said so sorry we had to rush and get me checked out in 2 minutes, but they said that's ok it only takes 2 minutes. And it did! They were super fast, nice and organized. I think it was Aubrey and Shelly? I had come from The Eye Care Institute right before this where it was dark inside and they told me it was too late in the day to start an order. And someone there came up to me and asked if I had any other questions in a fake cockney accent which makes for a good story but was disturbing and ridiculous. Heard him speaking normally to his coworker right after. Anyway in contrast Warby Parker was bright, colorful, relaxed, and an un-rushed, efficient, pleasant experience.5 stars.

The layout of the store made it easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. They seemed to genuinely want me to choose what was best for me. I loved the variety of frames too. They were stylish and nice quality. There were frames in different price points which was appreciated. The glasses will be mailed to me rather than the store. I’ll take them to the store to be fitted. This is a new experience. In the past I’ve gone to the optician to pick them up and be fitted. I’m looking forward to seeing how this part of the experience turns out.
