Modern Sight Optometry

Modern Sight Optometry is an independent optometry practice located inside Target Santa Rosa, next to Target Optical. We provide comprehensive primary eye care for both adults and children, including routine eye exams, vision prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and detailed evaluations of your eye health. Our office offers advanced retinal imaging to examine the inside of your eyes and help detect early signs of eye conditions. We are proud to offer a unique hybrid care model, combining in-person doctor visits and teleoptometry services allowing for greater appointment availability and convenient access to care while maintaining high clinical standards. We accept a variety of vision insurance plans.
