  I bring my Mom to Miracle-Ear in Santa Rosa for her quarterly cleaning and annual diagnostic appointments. Deb is wonderful! She greets my mom by name and is always very patient and understanding with her. We are very happy with the services provided.

  I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Deborah Reid and the staff at Miracle-Ear in Santa Rosa. Irreversible hearing loss is a difficult issue to deal with, impinging as it does on every instance of people-facing interaction. We have tried many hearing aid brands. None have measured up to the Miracle-Ear products and customer care. When one's ability to communicate verbally is required continuously throughout each day, hearing loss becomes a frightening condition to navigate. The service and product quality Deb brought to the table allayed my fears and discomfort. She deftly guided me every step of the way in product choice, pricing and insurance reimbursement. I didn't expect such a high level of care, and am truly grateful to Deb for all she did on my behalf. Miracle-Ear is blessed to have her! Thank you Deb!

  My mom has been help so much!! She felt so lost and alone due to not being able to hear the full conversations going on around her. She found herself isolating herself as to not upset people by always asking them to repeat themselves. In the last month since she has received her hearing aids, she no longer isolates. Nor does she hide from people. She finds herself asking what is that noise when the dryer is running. I have seen such joy on her face as she can hear her great grandchildren laughing and playing now. Thank you so much Monte and crew. You javelin saved another life.

  Erik and all those that work at this Miracle Ears are just fabulous. The hearing aids have been great and most importantly the customer service is beyond any expectations. My mom is 95 and requires a lot of care and they all make sure to treat her with dignity and respect. Deb, the technician is truly a sweetheart. Thank you all!
