  I continue to be impressed with the customer service at Audio Nova (formerly Connect). Robert troubleshooted several problems I have been having over the past year, with lots of knowledge, professionalism and empathy. He really helped me. It's also great to see Deborah there continuing in her upbeat, helpful manner. I'm a fan of both and highly recommend this as a place for hearing help.

  Deborah & Michelle were great. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable. They didn't rush me and didn't give me the pushy sales pitch that I have gotten from other hearing centers. April

  Connect Hearing in Santa Rosa was extremely helpful. They took care is a warranty repair and sent me home with loaner aids while mine were in process.
