  Dr. Solis was warm and knowledgeable. She took time to make sure my contacts and glasses prescriptions were right and answered all my questions thoroughly. The store staff were similarly kind and helpful.

  Exceptional service and satisfaction from the entire Warby Parker staff at the Santa Monica location located at 1311 Montana Ave. Everyone was extremely friendly, pleasant, patient from the optometrist assistant, optometrist to the front of the store sales team being very helpful in frame and lens selection and insurance coverage and pricing. Special thanks goes out the sales staff (Scotia, Wesley and Kylie) in frame and frame fitting to type/color of lenses fully understanding in work and sport activities. I will definitely refer My experience to friends and family. Lastly the location was much more convenient for me by not having to travel to the location Century City mall.

  I am very pleased with Warby Parker. They have made it easy and fun to go and get an exam and glasses and contacts, and they have the best affordable selection of great frames. I am always complemented on them.
