Up until today, my only experience with Warby Parker was through their website. Today I had a chance to go into one of their stores and it was a great experience. The people were helpful, they were easy to talk to, and in the end I ended up buying a pair of prescription glasses.

I’ve been a patient here for years and have always been provided with excellent service. Staff is friendly and the optometrists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. Highly recommend if you are working or living in Santa Monica.

Camille was awesome and so helpful! Wesley and the Optometrist were also great. I'm definitely coming here again. Had great chat with everyone!
