  Very nice and clean. Really calm energy. Nice and friendly staff who actually enjoy what they do. I had a terrific session and I was very comfortable. Great job!

  Had my first stretch with Zen-Mara today. She was so knowledgeable and made the 50 minutes fun. So good I signed up for 4 more sessions on the spot 💃🏼💃🏼

  As a fellow health and wellness advocate and neighbor we regularly visit Stretch Lab for mid-afternoon stretch sessions. My team comes back refreshed and energized. I had a fantastic session with Bella, and five stars all around! We all know that we should regularly stretch to maintain flexibility and strength, but sometimes it feels harder to effectively do on your own. StretchLab provides the service of carving out time for it while also letting you see that it is a very relaxing and cathartic practice when you lean into it.   I am extremely extremely happy with my stretch! Dinah was super intentional and gave me her full strength. My body needed this before I jump on a long 15 hour flight.
