  I'm writing another review because I still have not received my contact lenses that I originally put an order on June 12 and it is now Aug 30th and no contact lenses. I paid for the box so now this is completely irresponsible of this store. No one has gotten a hold of me to give me an update. Will someone please let me know if I'm getting my contact lenses. At this point, I would not trust this store with your contact lens order.

  Had bought my glasses here many years ago, recently the connection for the nose pad disintegrated due to overtime wear (and an oily face) came in to see if they can replace it and they did really quick and free of charge! Dimitri was super quick and helpful!

  I really can’t say enough good things about this LensCrafters! The manager Arely is amazing. She made sure everything was to my liking to the point where we even had to redo a pair of glasses I just purchased. The associate Daniel was extremely helpful during the process also. And at pick up, Dimitri did an expertise fitting so my new Ray-Ban aviators sit properly and feel and look fantastic. I’ve been a LensCrafters Customer for years and I will always keep coming back due to the excellent service and competitive pricing.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt it was important to share. I went to LensCrafters to order a replacement contact lens for my right eye. The website listed the store as closing at 6:30 p.m., so I arrived just before 6:00. When I got there, the doors were already locked. I knocked, and an employee let me in, explaining that the store had actually closed at 6:00, even though the website said otherwise. My prescription is somewhat complicated because it involves both a multifocal lens and astigmatism. Dmitry immediately seemed irritated and commented that he "hates doing" these prescriptions. He also told me I should have arrived earlier and shouldn't have waited so long to renew my prescription. I explained that I had relied on the posted store hours and that my father had recently passed away, so replacing my contacts hadn't been at the top of my mind. Even after explaining that, his attitude remained dismissive and rude. I left believing my order would be placed the following day, as I was told. Six weeks later, after never receiving my contact lens, I called the store to check on the order. I was left on hold for about 15 minutes. When I called back, I was told someone would investigate and call me back. No one ever did. I eventually went into the store in person. Mykelle explained that the order had been submitted by fax but apparently was never received, so my contact lens was never actually ordered. What was most frustrating wasn't that a mistake happened—it was that no one took responsibility for it. Instead, I received explanations that didn't make sense and no apology for the fact that I had waited six weeks for an order that had never been processed. By that point, I had completely run out of my right contact lens and needed a trial lens. I was willing to use a multifocal trial without the astigmatism correction temporarily, but the trial lens I was given was the wrong prescription. Dr. K also seemed confused about which trial lens would work and initially provided incorrect information, so I had to explain my own prescription. The one bright spot in this entire experience was Daniel, the team lead. He stepped in, treated me with kindness and professionalism, and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. He was the only person during this process who made me feel like my concerns mattered. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, lack of accountability, and rude customer service are much harder to overlook. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
