Although there was trouble with my insurance (on my end because I didn't pay for vision) the staff still tried to find other ways to see if we could get the eye test covered. I already knew going in I was going to pay out of pocket, but I appreciated their willingness to keep trying to help me out. The Optometrist who conducted my eye test was so sweet and knowledgeable. She walked me through all the different options and process at the end. We had such a nice conversation and she was just so lovely. The woman who checked me out was also sweet and wasn't a pushy salesperson. She was patient with me while I was trying to figure out which frames I wanted and gave me advice, like I was shopping with a friend. Overall I had a very nice and warm experience at this location, especially for my first time buying a pair of glasses!
