My previous pair was the Louise in Rose Tortoise, but they unfortunately were discontinued. I was looking for something with a similar style and color, since I loved my previous frames. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately shown several cat-eye tortoise options that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process quick and easy. After trying on a few styles, I decided on the Clarice in Terrazzo Tortoise. They quickly pulled up my account, updated it with my new prescription, measured my pupillary distance, and completed my purchase efficiently. Overall, the experience was seamless from start to finish. I appreciated how friendly, organized, and helpful the team was. I recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and an stress-free eyewear shopping experience.

Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time for delivery, and after an unsuccessful pickup, we returned to the store. I would especially like to thank the manager who was working on May 26 at the first-floor location in Westfield San Jose. He solved our problem in just a couple of minutes and quickly found a brand-new pair of glasses for us. I am truly grateful because receiving the glasses on time was very important for us. The only small issue was that our original order was not handled carefully, and some contact details were entered incorrectly, which caused delays. However, thanks to the manager’s professionalism and care, everything was resolved quickly. I left with very warm feelings and would definitely recommend this store.
