They make the customers wait forever, and are far from helpful. This location needs better training for employees. I was at this location for hours and never got what I needed.

I like this store. They have a big collection of designer glasses. The sales associates are all very friendly. Stephanie was very helpful & patient. She was not pushy, took time to question my needs and suggested appropriate products when helping me pick up frames & lenses.

I purchased two pairs of glasses one month ago. Despite being told that a notification text had been sent upon their arrival, I never received any communication. The glasses remained at the store for several weeks without a follow-up call to ensure I was aware they were ready for collection.
When I arrived after work today (Wed) to pick up my order, the level of service was remarkably poor. The (beard) rep assisting me was dismissive, simply placing the glasses on the desk and stating I was finished before walking away. I had to call him back to request a necessary adjustment for my sunglasses, which he performed with visible reluctance.
It is disappointing that the post sales service became non-existent. The interaction lasted less than a minute. How little was spend in providing attention and care.

They have a good selection of glasses. I found a pair I liked. The purchase process felt very rushed and no clear guidance about the cost until the checkout. They also tried to squeeze in the 1 year protection plan without me asking for it or telling me. I had them remove it. I also brought a 40% OFF coupon for prescription glasses, but they did not accept it - They only credited $50, which is nowhere near the 40% off.
Very unsatisfying purchase process!

Jade is great — she’s very kind and honestly feels more like family. I appreciate her, and she is the one person there who consistently comes across as genuinely helpful.
That said, I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. My experiences have often felt rude, condescending, and like helping customers is an inconvenience. Their selection is okay, but the customer service really needs work.
I went in on 5/1/26 to pick up my glasses. After introducing myself and explaining that I was there for pickup, the staff member gave me an annoyed look and said, “Huh?!” in a very dismissive tone. I had to take a deep breath just to stay calm.
Then on 5/3/26, I called to ask if the nose pads on my new glasses could be changed to clear ones. I was told they were very busy on weekends and that they don’t do repairs on weekends, so I should come Monday. I paid for coverage, so it was frustrating to be made to feel like basic assistance is only offered when it’s convenient for them.
Again, Jade is wonderful. The rest of the staff could really learn from her humility and customer service. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I don’t want to come back here.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
