  The front desk is amazing and super helpful. My sunglasses is bought from Ray-Ban but they refused to help me to fix the bent. But the LensCrafters help me fixed it without any fee. Such a nice and friendly store. Will definitely come back to buy glasses or sunglasses if I need

  I order to fix the frames but quality was so so bad and need to redo it. But no apology about it. I felt they are just checking things off the list. I couldn’t wear it to my special event bc of it.

  I had a terrible experience with Dylan to the point I was mentally preparing myself to ask for another associate if I was going to have to be assisted by him again today. I purchased a pair of Ray Bans in SoCal during summer and during the exchange of glasses, I mentioned how they did not fit that great. The associate did his best to adjust the frame and I was content with the fit. He mentioned that all lens crafter locations do free adjustments, so I had no real worry and decided to just get them adjusted if I was no longer content later down the line. I’ve actually been to the Valley Fair location before for my frames, so I expected no issues. Upon arrival it was fairly busy but I didn’t mind waiting as I was not in a rush. I was seated and told I’d be attended to shortly, which is when Dylan specifically began working with me. I let him know about the frame touching my face a bit in hopes that he could adjust that portion of the frame. He tried a few times to adjust it, but was focused on the legs of the glasses instead of the portion I was mentioning was giving me discomfort. I kept saying that it was not really working and he almost seemed frustrated? He tried a few more times before saying “let me try one more thing” as he went to the back and immediately came back out asking me to try them on. I’m 100% sure he didn’t do anything to the pair as he literally walked in the back and immediately came back out. This is when I really started to pick up on his behavior and he started talking to me ask though I was a complete idiot. He mentioned the 30 day return policy and how afterwards there was nothing they could really do. That any damage I did, was on me. I mentioned that I didn’t want to return the pair, I wanted it, I just want it to fit properly. And that I did not damage the frame, that it came wonky and I just wanted it adjusted. He mentioned how there’s nothing they can do unless I had warranty to which I had to clarify that I did have warranty. He then went through the replacement route and charged me my copay. He said I’d have to pick it up at the San Jose location and not in SoCal…which I have no idea why he had to clarify as that’s what I was expecting…. I’m not sure why he spoke to me so passive aggressively or as though I was an idiot. I came in with my eyes bloodshot as I had woken up at 5am and been fishing for 8 hours. It was about 4pm when I arrived. I’m not sure if he thought I was high or something but it certainly started to feel that way due to how much clarifying and talking he was doing. I understand I came in towards the end of day, and people get tired but it feels unfair I had to be treated the way I was. I felt judged on my appearance and even consciously thought about wearing different clothes next time to not be dismissed in such a manner. Shoutout the lady who helped me today. Absolutely kind and efficient. I didn’t catch her name but she was blonde and wore glasses.
