I absolutely enjoyed the class this morning with Katherine! She’s motivating, encouraging, and made the class challenging while still being fun. She does a great job explaining each movement and makes sure everyone is using proper form. I felt stronger, accomplished, and glad I showed up! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and puts so much energy into every class. Will definitely book with her again 🤍✨

Future plan is unlimited classes. Pilates and great teacher’s are awesome. It’s worthy of the dollars for amazing classes that works effectively and efficiently.for your physical health.
