    I love this studio!! It is so clean and I love coming to classes here. I especially appreciate the excellent front desk team, Arianna and Kayla. They are always so kind and helpful, whenever I need it. I would definetly recommend coming to this studio💗

    I found this place through ClassPass! Tanya was a great instructor, carefully checking everyone and correcting the postures if needed.

    Pace of class is great with fluid transitions to next exercise. Variety of exercise keeps us engaged. Excellent mental/visual cues to get to correct alignment and control points. I take Stella’s calmness home with me at end of session.
