Our mission at The Scheinberg Orthopedic Group and the practice of Richard D. Scheinberg, M.D. is to provide the highest quality orthopedic surgical care available anywhere. A Harvard-educated orthopedist, Dr. Scheinberg specializes in shoulder and knee problems as well as spinal injuries. Dr. Scheinberg’s principal office is located in Santa Barbara. Pueblo Surgical Center is located within the same building in Santa Barbara and is affiliated only with his office. We provide efficient and comfortable surgical care with state-of-the-art equipment in our AAAHC accredited, on-site outpatient surgical center. Our satellite office in Bakersfield provides comfortable and convenient care to patients residing in those Central Coast area.
