  My experience at the SB Miracle Ear office was positive, largely due to hearing specialist Riannon’s friendly and cheerful customer service. She conducted a very thorough battery of tests measuring my hearing, and was deliberate in explaining the results. And I appreciated that she wasn’t “pushy” in her sales pitch. She was sweet and caring, and I came away feeling like a valued client.

  Many thanks to Riannon and Ana in the Santa Barbara office for their excellent customer service during such a challenging transition in my life! I had gone to other offices to purchase hearing aids for the first time including the office that my own insurance was contracted with a discount included but was so dissapointed with the service I received! So I ended up back full circle to this wonderful office..so knowledgeable and compassionate! Ana contacted me after a few months to see how my transition was going and I explained how dissapointed I was with other places I had contacted. Miracle Ear was having a yearly promotion and I was ecstatic and purchased them at a great price! They were caring, informative and beyond helpful throughout the navigation of this whole difficult transition! Im forever grateful! I have worked in customer service my whole life prior to retiring so I appreciate it so much when I receive it myself. I had to take some time out to commend this wonderful office! They truly are an asset to your company!! Im forever grateful and feel like I just added two more wonderful people as "friends" to my life!

  I had a really positive experience with Miracle-Ear. From the moment I walked in, Ana made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about helping me improve my hearing. She took the time to coach me on putting my hearing aids on and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Riannon is the most caring and understanding hearing specialist I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She worked with me to find a the perfect hearing aids for me. The hearing aids themselves have made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life—I can hear conversations more clearly and feel more confident in social settings again. What really stood out to me was the follow-up care. They didn’t just send me on my way after the fitting—they checked in to make sure everything was working well and made adjustments when needed. I have come in multiple times for various questions, and they've never turned me away. It's like walking into a friend's home when I enter the office. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone looking for attentive service, knowledgeable staff, and real results. Thank you so much, Ri and Ana!

  Best Customer Service! Ana at check in was very helpful and polite. Ana was very professional. Detailed hearing exam from Riannon. Her experience and knowledge was excellent! Riannon was extremely detailed and professional with a kind personality! I highly recommend this office!
