From the onset her care and consideration for each patient seems to be genuine. The staff always greets you with a smile. The diagnosis from beginning to end has been spot on. I'm definitely doing fantastic now, I would definitely recommend her to family and friends for this need

Appointments were easy to make, she explained things very clearly to me, she is extremely professional, and we came up with a treatment plan together (which I very much appreciated). I had a very successful kidney stone removal surgery, performed by Dr. Trofimenko. The follow-up was just as easy and I feel confident in my treatment plan moving forward. I could not be happier with the care that I received from Dr. Trofimenko and I would highly recommend her.

She started me on a step wise regiment of treatment which quickly kicked in. My quality of life sky rocketed and I was finally able to enjoy a vacation. Definitely a great urologist - so personable and not plastic - you're going to thank me!

I've tried over several days across several time periods (I basically just let my phone run on loudspeaker trying to get through). There is no patient portal online to self-serve this basic function of a doctor's office. Good luck getting your patient notes too.
