  This place was mostly done through zoom and hardly any classroom activity at all. So many things wrong with this place, i lost count. Medications were never on time and no supervision. Eric, the guy in charge of housing, (Supposedly) was an absolute joke.? Why he still works there is crazy. His idea of handling a problem was being sarcastic and vindictive. Do not send your loved ones there. Its a Mental health facility and all they seem to do is create problems. The Director, Jay doesnt care about the clients, only the money and insurance. Good luck, and dont say i didnt warn you. Im a retired fire captain and was seeking help for PTSD and received none. There are mych better choices!

  For all the bad posts about moment of clarity! Could only come from someone that's not trying to better their self! It's gave me every opportunity to get my life back on track and to become a productive citizen. The people there actually want you to do well and trust they notice when you do! As well as when you don't. I have much respect for the place! Anybody that can't get a foot back in life there don't want it anyway and is just looking to sponge off of probably one of the greatest opportunities that exist for someone coming out of addiction and tbh it really urks me to watch an see the ones that really don't want it to begin with then leave the place an talk down on it and it does have its bad parts to it but so does life! But it helped save mine!! And that's a fact I highly recommend the place and have helped some friends get there as well and will continue to every chance I get.

  I had a horrible experience at this facility from the very first day and would not recommend it to anyone seeking treatment. I was admitted on 11/7/25 and met with my assigned case manager, Cierra, who behaved unprofessionally during our meeting by vaping. Upon arrival, the facility itself was extremely dirty and had a strong odor, which was very concerning for a treatment environment. The program was also highly disorganized, and group sessions frequently started late. After being there for one week, I was informed that the facility did not accept my insurance, something that should have been verified prior to admission. I was later admitted to another facility that was covered by my insurance. I requested assistance from Cierra in completing my FMLA paperwork for work. I was told the forms would be filled out covering 11/7 through my admission date to the other facility (11/18). However, the paperwork was completed incorrectly—only covering my last day at their facility—which resulted in my FMLA being denied. When I brought this up, I was told it was my fault for not being admitted to the other facility immediately, despite prior assurances. Additionally, my disability paperwork was filled out incorrectly, which also led to a denial. I have reached out multiple times to resolve these issues, and as of 1/13/26, I still have not received a response or had my FMLA corrected. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and triggering, especially during a time when I was seeking support and stability. Given the lack of professionalism, poor organization, unsanitary conditions, insurance mishandling, and failure to properly complete critical employment paperwork, I strongly do not recommend this facility. My experience here was damaging rather than helpful.

  This program is what you make of it! It’s uplifting to have incredible people like Billy, our house manager, who go above and beyond to support anyone willing to help themselves. Louise St is truly the best house! Eric has been an outstanding therapist for me; he really understands me and makes me feel heard. I've navigated through some challenging times since being in California, and I can confidently say this is one of the best places to be.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would this place is a joke and a big front for scamming insurance company's bad on the phone before you commit to go there they make it all sound so.good saying you get a food card weekly a gym membership lol 😂 that was a complete joke and lie just to make it sound good then when your there it gets better 😂 even I say better I mean how low down they get in knew the first day just how big is a front it was when we you do for php and iop all day is watch movies text and they smoke pot all day they didn't have not a single group therapists the whole time I was there and if you really care about your loved ones don't send them here I had to learn the hard way ,
