- CACristobal ArreazaJul 18, 20191.0So I wasn’t going to expose the basically criminal act This Lens Crafters Main Place Mall store commits every time they sell you a 300+ set of frames and a 300+ set of lenses by attempting to off set production costs on their clients by not including the original lenses that come with the frame. So to be clear This Lens Crafters Main Place Mall store retaliated against me after I verbally complained that my ray ban glasses did not come with the tinted lenses (which I paid for) with the transitional lenses and frame (which I also paid for) so I asked them to fix it otherwise I wanted my money back. Now Fast forward 4 months, I returned to the store shopping for another pair of glasses, and to my surprise, the employee that was working the first time I cama In came up to me and asked me to leave the store and said he was “refusing me service” because I was a difficult client (for asking for what I paid 350$ for yet didn’t receive my tinted lenses that come with the frames). So I left the store as asked and jumped on here in hopes someone might read this and decide the Lens Crafters at the Main Place Mall is not for them after reading my review. Please help me out by hitting them where it hurts by going to the Sun Glass Hut (which is in the same mall). Please tap me a like if you read this and decided getting ripped off only to be bullied once again by their staff is not for you. If you are in charge of This Lens Crafters Main Place Mall store I was there today July 18 2019 @ 10:00 am and the employee was a male 6 feet tall and of foreign decent (Europe or Middle East?).
