  *happy to give a POSITIVE update: there was resolution, the owner worked to resolve the issue. I was surprised there was contact made after the complaint to be honest, but that showed that they cared. I appreciate the effort to find out what happened and the effort and patience to discuss. I understand things happen, and while there have been a couple weird issues here, what matters to me in the end is how ownership responds. I also learned to not trust blindly and will forever double count anything I pick up. Again, want to extend appreciation for fixing the issue. I've had a couple issues here over the time I filled prescriptions but this was the worst, and the other incidents I didn't say anything about. I fill prescriptions regularly, obviously they are custom made therefore VERY expensive ($100 for one month supply). And my dog takes these medications regularly (we occasionally take a month off so tolerance doesn't build up, which is what added to this problem). As I explained to the woman I spoke with, I filled the prescription ahead of time because we were low on our end, my partner was working in San Ramon, and we were taking a break from dosing as discussed with our vet. Yesterday I finished the old bottle since he's been sick the last week, and I pulled out the new bottle last night. The bottle was still in the original bag with its receipt, says quantity 30 but when I opened it it was very obvious 30 pills were not in there. I was given HALF for the same cost. I called, explained I've never had this exact issue before and that they can see a record that I have purchased many medications from them, never made complaints before, and they refused to do anything about it. They kept telling me if it shows we gave you 30 then we did.. I got irritated because obviously the bottle says I should have 30, but I don't. In the end I repeated multiple times we have never been shorted before, but we also don't have the funds to overlook the issue, that the vet set me up with a different compounding company but I requested this local location instead, and in the end said if that's the policy I understand but I wasn't going to return. It's one thing if I've made multiple claims, but this is the FIRST time I have ever had this happen and like I said, I've never made a complaint before. I was angry, frustrated, and disappointed this is how I was treated after at least a year of filling multiple prescriptions here. Poor customer service

  Gave us half of the amount of medicine that we paid for. And when I called to have it fixed they would not do it. This is after I already drove there once when they told me it was ready and it wasn't and I live over 30 minutes away. So I went there twice and got half the medicine. I will never come back.
